- 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft: $475
- Over 3,000 sq ft: $.17 cents per sq ft
- Older than 50 years old, an additional: $75
- Older than 75 years old, an additional: $125
- Condominium: $350
- Re-Inspection: $150
